I’m a board-certified health & wellness coach who helps women with Hashimoto’s break chronic fatigue at the root, using the same approach that helped me heal.
When doing everything “right” still leaves you exhausted, the issue isn’t discipline—it’s a nervous system stuck in survival mode. My work begins there, helping your body feel safe again so energy, vitality, and your life can finally return.
My Approach
Most approaches to fatigue focus on doing more - more supplements, stricter diets, harder workouts, tighter routines. But when the body is stuck in survival mode, more effort only creates more resistance. I take a different approach.
I start with nervous system regulation first. Because when your body shifts out of survival mode, everything else - how you digest food, how you respond to movement, how you sleep - can finally start to improve. Without that foundation, even the best protocols fall flat.
From there, the lifestyle changes you're already trying to make become simpler and more sustainable. Food supports your energy instead of draining it. Movement builds you up instead of depleting you. Sleep becomes more restorative. The work stops feeling impossible and starts feeling doable again.
This is practical, grounded coaching designed for real life - not perfection. I don't believe in pushing, punishing, or overriding your body's signals. I believe in listening, restoring rhythm, and rebuilding capacity from the inside out. That's how sustainable change happens. And that's exactly what we'll do together.
